Refund /Return Policy

 

Due to COVID-19  Effective immediately and until further notice, we are unable to accept any returns in order to protect our customers and staff.  Thanks for understanding. Products can be replaced or refunded when applicable. 

At The Bling bar Dallas we truly appreciate and value our customers.  As a family-owned and operated company, we stand behind all of our products. 

Product Returns
Any product may be returned within 2 days of receipt.  All returns must be in unopened, unused, or new condition. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product. Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. 

Returns sent without proper packaging to protect against damage will not be refunded.  

 To initiate a return, please 

  • Send us a message via our "contact us" page or email us at theblingbardallas@gmail.com.

  • Customer Service will approve and provide a Return Authorization Number.

  • Print the Authorization Number on the outside of your package.

  • All return items must be in their original packaging.

  • Forward tracking information to theblingbardallas@gmail.com (insurance against loss or damage is suggested)

  • Refunds/exchanges will be issued once we receive the item in

If the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective you will be sent a prepaid return shipping envelope. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all unused or undamaged products returned.

Missing Items

Order received with a missing product should submit a claim to theblingbardallas@gmail.com.  Once approved The Bling Bar Dallas  will refund or replace the missing item.  Any missing item or damage claim must be submitted within 30 days 

Refunds

Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes in the method that the order was placed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be for store credit or by refunding the payment method used to complete the transaction. 

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or discounted products are sold “AS IS” and not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.

Undeliverable Merchandise

Packages returned due to refused, returned, or undeliverable can be reshipped once additional transportation costs have been processed.
