Hotfix rhinestones are very similar to flat back rhinestones except that they also include a small amount of dry adhesive along the bottom, flat side. When heat is applied, this glue will begin to activate and stick to whatever material the rhinestone is on. Heat can be applied using a simple home iron, but the most effective and accurate hotfix application can be done through a Heat Press.
